These Terms of Service govern your use of the tenant texting line operated by Om Homes Realty, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By texting us, you agree to these terms.
Tenants of properties we manage can report maintenance issues by text and receive updates as those issues are handled. This is not an emergency service — for a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
You agree to provide accurate information when reporting an issue and to use this line only for legitimate maintenance-related communication about the property you occupy.
This line is provided to facilitate communication only. Repairs are performed by us or by third-party vendors. To the extent permitted by law, Om Homes Realty, LLC is not liable for the quality, timing, or outcome of any repair work.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
