Launchpad Realty LLC, doing business as Om Homes Realty, operates a property-maintenance text line. Each managed rental property is assigned a dedicated local phone number. Tenants text the number to report maintenance issues and receive troubleshooting guidance, repair-visit scheduling updates, and service notifications, handled by Miles, Om Homes Realty's AI maintenance assistant. Messaging is conversational, two-way, and service/transactional only. No marketing messages are sent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help.
Before any text is sent, a tenant checks an explicit, unchecked-by-default consent box with the following description:
I agree to receive recurring text messages from Om Homes Realty (Launchpad Realty LLC) about maintenance and repairs for my property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Consent is not a condition of tenancy or any purchase.
Replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT immediately ends all messaging to that recipient, with a single confirmation reply:
Om Homes Realty: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages. For help, call (512) 200-2524.
Replying HELP returns the business name and support contact information:
